Outside has been very gloomy and dark today. There was hardly any sun! In my field study location today there quite a few changes. Almost all of the leaves have dropped off the trees. There is hardly any foliage left on the ground what is left is mainly dead. There is also a thick layer of leaves covering the ground. Not only this but in the stream there are a lot of leaves at the bottom and many being pushed around throughout the water. There weren't any bird sounds that I could hear today. It was very quiet and still. The only noises I could hear was the water and a little bit of wind. I also didn't see any squirrels or really any other living creatures. Lots of brown and leaves.
